  • Training is delivered in person at your facility or, if you prefer, at a convenient off-site venue nearby. Keeping the class close to your day-to-day environment makes practice scenarios feel authentic and saves travel time.

  • For maximum interaction we recommend no more than 20 participants. Larger groups can be accommodated by breaking into parallel teams or adding co-facilitators.
